Brownie’s Story
Just as sweet as his name suggests, Brownie is a 5-year-old Pit Bull mix with a heart of gold and a personality that's impossible not to love!
Brownie was originally surrendered when his family could no longer afford his veterinary care. His untreated skin condition led to significant hair loss, and he eventually found himself in a high-risk shelter. Thankfully, he was given a second chance!
Since arriving at Animals Have Hearts, Too, Brownie has received the care he desperately needed. His skin is nearly healed, his beautiful chocolate-colored coat is growing back, and he's looking more like a chocolate brownie every day!
Despite his difficult past, Brownie is one of the happiest boys you'll ever meet! He absolutely adores people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is playful, affectionate, and always ready for cuddles.
Brownie is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready for his forever home.
His past may have been rough, but his future is looking sweet! All he needs now is a loving family and a place to hang his leash for the rest of his days. ❤️
