Lovey’s Story
She didn’t know kindness, she didn’t know peace, her days were filled with fear until a neighbor saw her pain and opened their home to her. AHHTOO stepped in to take over her care as the neighbor was no longer able to. Lovey is tender, quiet, and shy. Many things are still scary to her such as, walking on a leash. Her steps are unsure, but patience and kindness are always the cure. She needs time to rest and trust again. To know that hands can be soft, gentle, and loving.
